Officer William Rogers (ret)
Bill is a retired law enforcement officer with a large metro Atlanta Police Department. Bill invented the Budo Tactical Vest Pocket Rig and perfected the Ankle Tourniquet Holder out of urgent necessity to save lives. Bill started selling his police supplies to local officers that grew to nation wide. His Police tactical police gear is now found world wide. He has also been teaching personal defense concepts for over 30 years. He has traveled from South Africa to Nicaragua teaching and training officers defensive tactics. From a beach patrol officer to SWAT operator in the 90's, to an accident re constructionist, he has covered the entire gambit as a law enforcement officer.
